36 bands hold the mat, so there are no springs to creak while someone else is watching television.
All four legs fold against the frame, so it can stand behind a door or against a wall between sessions.
BERG's stated maximum user weight, on a frame of magnesium and aluminium with non-slip feet.
The rebounder itself takes up less floor than a single mattress. What catches people out is the space around and above it.
A lot of what is written about rebounders is not backed by research. We read the studies and kept only what holds up.
In a small study of 24 active young adults, a 19-minute mini-trampoline routine averaged about 79% of maximum heart rate, and felt easier than that to the people doing it.
Two small trials in older adults found better balance after 12 to 14 weeks of supervised mini-trampoline training. Neither counted real-world falls.
We found no study showing that rebounding drains lymph, removes toxins or boosts immunity. We do not make those claims.
You do not need a class or an app. A gentle bounce where your feet barely leave the mat is where everybody begins.

The basic moves, described step by step, and how to put them together.
What rebounding is, what you need, and a sensible first fortnight on a mini trampoline.
Bands or springs, size, weight limit, handle or no handle: what to check before you pay for any rebounder.
A gentle one, a steady one and a harder one, each timed to the minute.
Where the famous "NASA study" claims come from, what the paper measured, and how the two compare in practice.

The rebounder is the same. One comes with BERG's click-fit stability bar, a handle with a phone holder that you can take off again without tools. Choose the bar if you are new to rebounding or want something to hold.
The frame is 110 cm across and about 125 cm across the feet. BERG's manual asks for one metre of clear space on every side and 2.4 metres overhead, so measure your ceiling before you order.
BERG states a maximum user weight of 120 kg for the Fitness Trampoline 110, with one person on it at a time.
No. BERG's manual says it is for users over 14 and for one person at a time. It is exercise equipment for adults, not a toy.
