Before you buy
- Your ceiling height and the floor space you have. BERG asks for 2.4 m overhead and one metre clear all round.
- Which model you are leaning towards, with or without the stability bar.
- Who it is for, if you are buying for someone else.
- Your county or Eircode, so we can talk about delivery.
- The details of any lower price you have seen, if you are asking about a price match.
About an order
- Your order number, or the name and email address the order was placed under.
- A photo, if something has arrived damaged or does not look right.
We can answer questions about the product, ordering and delivery. We are not medical professionals, so for questions about whether rebounding suits a health condition, ask your GP or a chartered physiotherapist. If we do not know something about the rebounder, we will check with BERG.
