Elastic bands, not metal springs

The mat is held by 36 elastic bands, the kind often called bungees. There are no metal springs, so nothing creaks as you bounce and there is nothing to pinch. A padded edge covers the bands all the way round.

Bands are quieter than springs, which matters in a living room. BERG describes the bands as adjustable. If you want to know exactly what that allows, ask us and we will check with BERG.

Legs that fold flat

All four legs fold against the frame, so the rebounder can stand behind a door or slide under a bed that has the clearance. Each leg ends in a non-slip foot. The frame is magnesium and aluminium, by BERG's description.

It arrives mostly assembled, and BERG's listing says setup takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

Size and space

The frame is 110 cm across and sits about 32 cm off the floor. Across the feet it measures about 125 cm. BERG's manual asks for more room than that around and above it.

  • Floor: one metre clear on every side, so a circle about 3.1 m wide.
  • Ceiling: 2.4 m overhead, and never under a light fitting or ceiling fan.
  • Surface: level, indoors, where the feet will not slide.

Who it suits

This model suits adults who are steady on their feet and want exercise equipment that goes away afterwards. With no bar, it is a single piece to store.

Get the bar instead if you are new to rebounding, are returning to exercise after a long break, or would feel safer with something to hold. It is the same rebounder with BERG's click-fit handle, for €80 more. See the rebounder with stability bar.

It is not for children. BERG's manual says users must be over 14, and one person uses it at a time.

Not sure what you would do on it? Eight rebounder exercises for beginners shows where everybody starts.

Using it safely

These points come from BERG's manual for the Fitness Trampoline 110.

  • Use it indoors, on a level floor.
  • Keep at least one metre clear on every side and 2.4 metres overhead.
  • Never place it under a light fitting or ceiling fan.
  • One person at a time, aged over 14, up to 120 kg.
  • Do not step on the edge of the frame when getting on or off.
  • Jump without shoes: barefoot or in grip socks.
  • Empty your pockets first.
  • Warm up before you start.
  • Consult a doctor if you have an illness or feel discomfort.

This is general information, not medical advice. If you are pregnant or recently gave birth, have osteoporosis or a previous spinal fracture, a heart condition, pelvic floor symptoms, a balance disorder, a recent operation or injury, or have not exercised in a long time, talk to your GP or a chartered physiotherapist before you start.

Questions about this rebounder

How much is the BERG Fitness Trampoline 110?

€369 with free delivery in Ireland, checked on 9 October 2026. The shop page always shows the current price and stock.

Does it come with a handle?

No. This is the rebounder on its own. The same rebounder with BERG's stability bar is €449, which is €80 more.

Is it quiet enough for an apartment?

The mat hangs on elastic bands, so there are no metal springs to creak. It is not silent: your feet landing on the mat still make a sound, and we do not have a decibel figure from BERG. On an upper floor, think about who is below you.

Can I use it outside?

No. BERG's manual says it is for indoor use only, on a level floor.

Do I wear shoes on it?

No. BERG's manual says to jump without shoes. Barefoot or in grip socks is the usual choice.

How heavy is it, and how thin does it fold?

We do not have a figure from BERG for the product's weight or its folded thickness, so we will not guess. Ring us on 01 960 1641 and we will check with BERG.

Does it need to be assembled?

It arrives mostly assembled. BERG's listing says it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to set up.
