BERG Fitness Trampoline 110: a close look
What you get, what it is like to live with, and the things we would want to know before buying one.
By the team at Trampolines Ireland. Checked 9 October 2026.

We sell this rebounder, and it is the only one we sell. Read this as a seller's description, not an independent review. What we can do is set out what is in the box, what BERG states about it, and what we do not know.
What you get
A round black rebounder with a 110 cm frame, a jumping mat held by elastic bands, a padded edge over the bands, and four folding legs with non-slip feet. It arrives mostly assembled. BERG's listing says set-up takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
There are two versions. The Fitness Trampoline 110 is the rebounder on its own. The Rebounder 110 with stability bar is the same rebounder with BERG's handlebar in the box.
The bands

The mat hangs from 36 elastic bands. There are no metal springs. Bands are quieter than springs, and there is nothing to creak or pinch. Bands usually give a softer, deeper bounce than springs do, so if you want a firm, quick bounce this may not be to your taste.
BERG describes the bands as adjustable. If you want to know how that works before you order, ask us and we will check with BERG.
The frame and legs
BERG describes the frame as magnesium and aluminium. It stands on four legs, each with a non-slip foot marked with a small teal stripe. The legs fold flat against the frame for storage.

The frame itself does not fold. Put away, it is still a disc 110 cm across, so think about where a thing that size will stand or slide.
Size
The frame is 110 cm across. The legs splay a little, so it measures about 125 cm across the feet. The frame sits about 32 cm off the floor. That is less floor than a single mattress, but the space around it matters more than the rebounder itself. BERG's manual asks for one metre clear on every side and 2.4 m overhead.
The stability bar
The bar clicks into the frame without tools and comes off the same way. It has a phone holder built in, and it takes BERG's bottle holder, which is sold separately.
It is there for light balance support. Rest a hand on it while you find your feet. It is not for leaning your weight on or pulling against.
Living with it
- You jump without shoes: barefoot or in grip socks.
- You do not step on the frame edge when getting on or off, because it can tilt.
- It needs a level floor where the feet will not slide.
- One person uses it at a time.
- When you are done, the legs fold and it stands against a wall or goes under something.
Bands keep the rebounder itself quiet. They do not stop the sound of your landing travelling through a floor. If you live above someone, read our guide to small homes first.
Things to know before buying
- Headroom: you need 2.4 m overhead, and never a light fitting or ceiling fan above you. Measure your ceiling.
- Age: BERG's manual says users must be over 14. It is not for children.
- Indoors only: it is not made to be left or used outside.
- Weight limit: 120 kg, about 19 stone.
- One size, one colour: 110 cm, in black. There is no larger model.
- Warranty: BERG's 3-year manufacturer warranty.
What we cannot tell you
BERG does not publish some figures that a buyer would reasonably ask for:
- The weight of the rebounder itself.
- How thick it is with the legs folded.
- The height of the stability bar, or whether it adjusts.
- A noise figure.
We would sooner say so than guess. If one of these decides it for you, ring us on 01 960 1641 and we will check with BERG.
